I installed a fass 150 the the other night and all went well but now if the truck sits a little while it abnormally cranks longer to fire up. Any ideas? If anything it should be more instant I would think. Is this normal? Btw fass makes a great install for this. Super nice for and finish. Thanks y'all

Are you hopping in the truck and trying to fire it up right away or are you turning the key to accessory and letting the pump run for a couple seconds?

Well when it did it one time I turned key right away then back to run let it build up and it still cranked a while

I just did last night by stretching out the spring. Bumped it up to about 15 psi. Before it was at 6 psi. And this morning it fired right up maybe that was the problem

Is it possibly sucking air somewhere? Mine was at the filter and it would crank for a few seconds before it fired, I re-lubed the seal and all was well.

My guess is it still had air in the system from install... The filters can trap air and take a little time bleed out on there own. 6 psi was more than enough to start, 15 might be getting close to causing a lope...
