If you're buying one hub for $250+, then you're the one who's nuts.

Guess Id have to see the actual parts to have an opinion on their quality compared to OEM.

I said it's just over the price of 1 hub. The dmax store timken with the "kryptonite" warranty was close to 200 if I recall

i wouldnt trust that kit with a 10 foot poll. ball joints are most likely the non coated style on the ball/cup so will wear out quick, same with the tie rods and wheel bearings are probably the chinese cheapies.

My tie rods cost more than that whole kit. There ain't no freaking way I'd put that garbage on my truck.

Kid on Facebook was selling front end kits using the same "Detroit axle" parts for $450. Looks like he was trying to double his money LOL

Isn't the warranty only good if you send it back in the box you received? I'll keep throwing the $130 timkens in as I haven't kept a truck long enough to have one fail.

I gave up on my front ends, I have HD idler and pitman arm with a gusset and a straight centerlink, still sporting stock tie rods and sway bar links. I don't do shit with my truck but work it and I've already put a set of ball joints in it at 60k.

Kid I know ran them hubs first set lasted 10 miles before one completely came apart. No problems getting a new one that was last year and he's still riding around on the replacements.

Cheap hubs seem to be very sensitive to the correct torque. Usually run them a touch loose, if you over torque even slightly they'll burn right up.
