Make sure the changes in your torque section of the ecm are made so that way when it comes up quick on rpm it wont hit a fuel limit...or be limited by the torque limits within the parameters section. On the tcm make sure the torque table doesn't start cutting your fuel @3400rpms, if so just copy and past from there down. On logging- see if its cutting MM3 when it falls out. If so, check the sections I just named in the ecm and tcm at which rpm it hits the limiter.
