Ben's site isn't working.And not answering the phone.Is he on vacation.need a controler asap.for a 06 6sp.allison all I need is it to lock the TC I have the TapShift on truck and working

2wpuller sometimes Ben can be very hard to get ahold of...But it is worth it when you get his product...Just an FYI for anyone that has one of his boxes...I tried to use one of the new contollers with an older (3 month old) boxes and it wouldnt work...So I took an older controller and plugged it back in and it worked great...So I think you need to keep the controller with the box it came with.......:eek:

Ben is hard to get ahold of, and he runs a business? I'm not hard to get ahold of, he has my phone number and my email address, or at least he should after all of the friggin emails that I have sent him asking for help on this lockup controller that hasn't worked right since I installed it. He's hard to get ahold of, but he can make posts on this forum while he has customers that are waiting, not only for controllers, but for support on the $535 box that doesn't work. I have ten 1/4 passes that says his box isn't working correctly and there's always a reason, or excuse, of why he is taking so long to respond.

I've been very patient with Ben. I've been courteous and understanding. Can I simply get a box that will work. The converter locks and stays locked sometimes. Sometimes it locks and unlocks as I'm making a run. It only works half way. I'm not saying this is a bad product. What I'm saying is I want the product that everyone else is happy with, cuz I ain't got it yet. Just half of it.

Ben, this issue needs resolved since I bought the box inAugust? If you would, pls respond to my emails. You know who I am.

Ok, Ben. But I tried calling u back the same day you called me. Left a text since your vmail was full. I waited two weeks with no response. I emailed you several days ago ... Maybe two weeks ago telling about the same problem. I didn't hear from you so I resorted to this. If I've been rude, I ask you to forgive me.
