Hi everybody i need help to find my problem i run a built trans and when the lock up is applied in 4-5-6 gear at 40-75% throttle i have a big vibration so i hook up the tech2 and when the vibration is there the TCC slip go to 100rpm as soon as it slip....fresh trans built and brand new Goerend w/billet stator.....changed the converter and still have the vibration and slip.....Allison pump stator ? Body valve ? Tried the Transgo lock up valve w/no ball and longer spring and modified lock up valve too.....when im wot everything is ok so i think i have a pressure issue but if someone can put me in the right direction ill appreciate thank you

Have you tried a new lockup solenoid? Sounds like maybe it is having trouble when it isn't at full lockup pressure, so maybe the F solenoid isn't sending full pressure to the apply circuit for the converter.

The stator shaft might have twisted slightly or a broken ring on the stator shaft can also do it. If you wind up pulling it, also look at the converter flow valve to make sure it's ok.

Yes Mike it's yours.... Added a DHD lock up box and donthe same thing ....i started over with another core because i was powdercoated so i thought may be it "twist" with the heat......the only thing i kept is internal switch....and when i look the data to see the ratio like in 5th gear im at .71....when it slip the numbers changed so ill change that switch what do you think ?

You're not showing anything that will help.
Go to special functions transmission, and pull up TCC. Watch what happens. Does the tech 2 show any apply? If so, what is the slip speed? Can you apply TCC manualy? If so, what happens?

Can the transfert case can do that ?? If the speed sensor on transfert case dont read the correct info to match the input speed sensor ?? And when it slip it s negative....-100rpm but im in acceleration
