Ok. I just put a new tune in and a noise is coming from my turbo, only when I turn the key to run and turn it back off (without starting the truck). What could it be?

Is is almost a buzzing sound? Does it do it twice in a row? You probably have not noticed it before but it usually does that when the truck shuts off. If you are not starting the truck I don't think there is really much noise the turbo can make. I have heard the noise when turning the truck off is a some type of pressure release, possibly fuel pressure. I could be totally wrong here, but maybe I am not.

On the LMM you are hearing the IAT (Intake Air Valve) cycling. ;)

Is your EGR disabled in your tune?
Do you have the vanes set to open at start/idle?

OOOH that sounds bad!! Never heard that sound before!
Flash it back to stock and see if it goes away!!

If you can, put your hand on the EGR motor and see if you can feel it buzzing the same time you hear it.

I adjusted my vain tables and it did stop the noise. Now I have a few other issues in the tune I'll start a new thread on.

My LLY has been doing something similar (but not as loud) intermittently when I turn the key on. Took me a while, but I finally figured that it's something to to with the VGT.

Other than the top left of the vane tables being out to lunch, the rest of the tune looks ok.

One strange thing I noticed, the size of the .tun file is ~1300kb. Normally, they are around the 880-890kb range.

IS there maybe something attached to the .tun file I couldn't see?
Maybe it's corrupted?

I would honestly try the copy/paste method and then compare file size. As was said before, scripting sometimes doesn't work that well. IIRC, Pat doesn't like to script for this reason.
