LMM Tuning Custom Rig Fuel usage

Hi from down under, I have a conversion into my Nissan Patrol out of a 2009 GMC Sierra and have had it running for over 5 great years now. In that time I have used a few different tunes from the conversion company and tried a couple of local made ones, I can get plenty of power (probably in the 500 RWHP range) and some lower tunes hardly blow any soot but still go ok. However I hardly see any good fuel consumption, in your numbers I average around 13.8 mpg mixed driving and not nailing it over the top. Never see anything up around the 20's I read of in your bigger rigs..
I weigh in about 3.1 Tonnes, run Gt 4094 turbo, lift pump, no pollution gear, 4" Ex and 5" inlet all custom piping of course. Std injectors and only one showing high balance rate of +4.5 others around 0 to 1. Runs sweet on any dsp setting. Any tips or ideas out there ? Other conversions appear to get much better economy on similar set ups but maybe there is something in my Engine that causing high fuel use. MAF is around 80 at idle and 250 at 100K, diff ratio sees about 1690 rpm at cruise speed on my set up.
Could it just be injectors ?? thanks

My trucks feel lazy below 40... I like them to run 42-45 ish.

Agreed, 80 is way to high. Basically makes the truck fuel like a mofo set that high:D

Should see around 40 at idle and 400-500 at wot. I would look into different tuning.

Thanks for responses, yes I think the MAF thing may be part of the issue, I have a very high flow 5" inlet and comparing to other similar rigs they tend to have lower MAF readings.. I will look into how to rescale !

I would change the one injector if needed. Have you checked your harness connection to that injector and made sure there isn’t a issue there? Maybe tighten up the connection with a pick and see if there’s a change. If it stays the same either change that injector or switch with another cylinder to see if it follows and change it if it dies follow.
