Alright gentlemen, so long story short i am building a 2009 lmm out of two salvage trucks i bought, its a project my father and i decided to do as hes a mechanic at the local chevy house and i love working with him and learning, now to my questions, i have literally two of everything, so my thoughts are to get the truck up and running which will be done in a couple weeks, and then gradually build up the spare motor that i have, eventually i only want 650-700 max rwhp so my concern is how will longevity be? It will hardly get to be ran at that level, i know the basics of a good build but most people are building for 800hp+ and i just dont need that as its just a daily driver. Just dont want to have to tear the thing down every year to refresh so how long could it go at that power level? Also other than just leave it alone what would yall do to get that power level to be reliable, plan is
carillos
Fingers pistons
Socal af cam of some sort
Hamilton valve springs
60 over injectors
Either a stroker pump or a modified pump or maybe dual pumps
Dampener
keyed cam and crank
Headstuds
68mm turbo by either danville, or fleece or twins
And of course a tranny built by either mike l at inglewood or calvins in sulphur la
And help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as i want to do this thing right

Head studs finger pistons. 45 or 60 over injectors.Call it good. I wouldn't bother with valve springs/pushrods unless you plan running above 4000rpm
Key crank/cam and pinned water pump if you plan on upper rpms are good either way

Probably wont go over the 4k rpm, however my reasoning for asking is that obviously the times i use the 650-700hp i would like to use it and not have to worry to much a out breaking something, and in anything I've ever built i always over built it for my needs, but this is all new as to build this would be relatively expensive but i also don't want to cheap out and always second guess it when i throttle down on it

at 650-700 hp i wouldnt worry about fingers pistons. De lipped lb7 pistons are reliable for 800 and more horse. you can easily save some there. I have a set of fresh lb7 de lipped and cut ready to sell if youre interested. Thanks

alternate fire 3388 would be a nice choice of street cam to match with a VGT Danville

Forget the rest. You have a spare engine... Run it like that and decide if building the spare is what you want to do.

Yeah i have some time to decide, i just know most of you guys have been here and figured id ask for advice, i plan on finally getting to the point that eventually the stock bottom end will give and wanted the best options as to how to reliably or somewhat reliable hold the power
