Yup! There are a few threads around! LBZ body's can be turned down to fit LLY heads too . The LLY harness just needs a minor mod (trim) to the inside of the connector to fit the LBZ injector.

How easy/difficult were they to tune?

Not as bad as driving LLY and LBZ off the LB7 controlls, but still no fun. Real time tuning would make things so much nicer.
