LMM build

I'm about to pull the motor and do a rebuild. Truck is an 08 with LMM that most likely popped a hole in #7 piston. I'm trying to to figure out the best way to go with this. Balance rate on #7 was +7 and would smoke pretty bad and for some reason oil would pour from front and rear of block. So if seals and piston are toast and possibly cylinder wall, would it be better just to get a new built short block and use my heads/turbo/fuel system instead of fooling with this one? I may have to get a new injector since that's probably what caused this but probably just send them all to be redone 60% over. Any recommendations and suggestions would be appreciated.

The end result will be a solid 850 at the wheels. 10k is where I'm gonna start it off with. But would it be throwing money away to have it pulled by a shop, and sent to a machine shop for the decking and grinding etc? Or just buy one from DHD or another vendor and start there? I will be assembling the motor in my shop I just don't want to deal with the removal or install. Just finished a 6.4 and my knuckes are still healing.

So are you just wanting the motor pulled then you tear it down to the short block?

If I can find somewhere to pull it pretty quick I can tear it down and get it to machine shop. I'm gonna be working out of town next week so if it's pulled by then I'll probably just have to hold off till I get back.

Engine is torn down I'm trying to post pics of what I came across. Block seems ok but I'm gonna send it along with heads somewhere to be checked. If anybody has a line on a crankshaft I'm in need of one.
