Finally deleted my exhaust and put on a 4" straight pipe and installed an EGR blocker plate yesterday. Went to load the DSP5 tune I got from ATP/Idaho Rob and it popped up a $0502 error. I was able to fix that problem by updating the config and bbx files needed for my truck as the Autocal I purchased was previously used for a Cummins. After fixing that issue I tried to load the tune again and it gave me a $0536 error code. After more research I found that the tune they emailed me isn't setup for remote use I believe and I checked the vin and license in the tune file to see if they matched any of the licenses on my Autocal but non of them match. I'm at a loss and would like to test my truck out today. I cant get ahold of ATP as they are closed. Anyone have a solution or know how to get ahold of them afterhours. Maybe I'm doing something wrong IDK. Any help is greatful, Thx

Rob seems to be one of the more social tuners on the forums, he may see this and you could get a lucky reply from him. You'll most likely have to be patient and wait for tomorrow to come before you get squared away, which if you're anything like me you're going to go nutz lol

Yes I'm already going nutz, not sure if ATP will be open tomorrow either with it being MLK day. Lets hope that's not the case.

I’m pretty sure I see your problem.... autocals only work with a flashscan that it is linked to. You need that flashscan, that your autocal is linked to, to save the file for remote tuning, then load it to your autocal, then flash it to your truck.

The AC is originally from ATP but I purchased it from a Cummins guy here in town. I then ordered the DSP5 tune from Rob, so yes the AC is linked to their flashscan as far as I know.

Did you share this info with atp before you purchased the tune? They would have needed info from your ac to ensure they used the correct fs to save the file prior to sending it to you.....

Yes I informed them where I attained the AC and yes I purchased an addition license for it. I received a new license code and entered it into the AC and shows and available spot on #3.

I am working today, email me with your name, or the name that the order was placed under and i'll take a look. If the autocal is linked to our V2 and hasn't been unlinked, then i should be able to get you up and running.

Woot woot, shots out to Rob @ ATP. He got me up and running on a Sunday even. We figured out what the issue was. Actually it was a few things but when it came down to it the file wasn’t the right license to my Autocal. Loaded the tune to the AC with no issues and loaded it up to the truck perfectly. Testing it out now just to get a feel for it. I do need to get an exhaust leak fixed and not sure if it’s at the ring connection where the new exhaust hooks up or at the blocker plate. Hopefully it just needs a new ring on the exhaust. Thanks for the input guys, Im happy to join the club officially. :happy2:
