How long has it sat? Could be a bad battery. That's common lately in every issue seems like I have been dealing with lately. Try swapping out with a good known battery. It's an easy test anyway. Maybe also try that battery in the truck you swap with for a better test. Worth a shot. Doesn't sound like vats to me. How ever go to the 94 os because you will get the vats issue at some point and may not have efi with you.

Brand new Optima Red Top. First thing I eliminated.

Still havent gotten to it.... I will today though. I can tell Im real damn close.

I can't leave VATS on with my truck, for some reason it will click to turn over but do nothing else. It did this one day after I rotated my tires, I just loaded the tune without it. Been fine since!

See how many volts are there

attempt to crank, watch the volt meter - How many volts does it show while cranking (key in start position)?
