Can't you add a pilot injection on the main event to quiet it down maybe it's not enough fuel in the fuel map? I eliminated one pilot event on my Liberty diesel and increased the mpg so this may be an LMM setup on tuning to get the mpg up, power whatever just shooting out some ideas on the events effecting timing events after taking off a pilot shot on the Liberty it makes more engine rattle. Not a big noise but notice it compared to stock tune.
And how are we going to do this. FYI, We have NO custom tuning yet for the LML trucks

Lol, yea your not the only one. I'm trying to recall if it's still there with the H&S on it. I can't remember exactly.
The Diablo rattles. It did give me some low end power though. Be interesting to see if it works with HS.
If you have the noise using h&s tuner can't you call them and get an answer as to how it might be changed for you in your tuner? It's on them or wait for EFI if it ever comes thru with a program to help your models. I guess for some reason I was thinking of LMM not yours sorry.
