The price I gave you on Flux Diesel brand new 60% didn't even come close to 4.5-5k but at this time they aren't going past 60% due to them not having alot of test time on the larger nozzle sizes (them as in Flux not the industry).


Exergy does offer a service to modify your current injectors out to 100% for far less than 4.5-5k but requires your injectors to be in good shape. Without having first hand seen your truck I can't tell you if your injectors are in good shape or not.

I'm sure the only way to see if my injectors are good on my truck is to pull them which I dont have the knowledge to do or the time since this is my only vehicle. But as far as I can tell I would say they are good, I take really good care of my truck. and run an additive and dont have that cp4 anymore if that makes a difference. im just at 100K miles.

No not yet, but ill be going with remans from LDS. I am having a hard time biting the bullet and spending 4.5-5k. I wanted to see if I could buy brand new injectors and then send them to exergy to perform the honing process or whatever they do. But they wanted $2200 to hone them and LDS is $1849 equals out to $4049. LDS total price is 3749 I think for 100 overs. Where did you pick the s480 up?

Got my FI billet 480 from Brad on here. Good dude took care of me. I was going to buy new oem Bosch as well and send out originally. Budget didn’t allow for everything to really be done at once with the compounds. My thoughts were it’s easier to save and drop 2k at a time than 4k.

I ended up getting a hell of a deal on my exergy 100s used. Came from a sled puller who had about 40 hooks on them and no street miles. I’m sending them to exergy just to be cleaned and tested.

Forced inductions quoted me $1400 for the billet s480 seems like a nice reasonable price. Keep me updated with your build Im looking forward to seeing some pictures/videos.

You just missed there holiday sale. They were much cheaper, I got mine at the holiday price. I found a smoking deal on the injectors. $1100 bucks. One has a cracked body so I’ll just pick one new one up. Got my compound kit used as well, came with everything besides cold side and y bridge which I already have. I need to get them powdered to match the rest of my stuff.

I’ve got $1,000 in kit, $1,059 in turbo, $1360 in injectors. Probably just throw a stock used cp3 and dual kit over top of the sportsman for $1500 and have plenty of fuel for 1000hp. So for about $5k I should have everything I need.
