LML Cranks Discontinued???

Tried to order an LML crankshaft today. Part #12641925. Dealer says they are unavailable & no one has one. Anyone else heard of this? Just a few weeks ago everyone was talking about using them in their engine builds because they're much cheaper now they don't exist! They said it didn't look like they were gonna be available in the foreseeable future.

Maybe the crank supplier is tooling up for the new changes coming and GM needs the ones already produced for production. Thats the only sense I could make of it...

LB7 LLY LBZ LMM LML

LB7 & LLY are the same. LBZ & LMM are the same & have a lower profile counter weight to allow for the longer piston skirts on the crappy LBZ+ pistons. Not sure if the material is different between the two. Don't know the difference between the LMM & LML. The part number changed so something is different.

yeah but that has nothing to do with the crank..... The reluctor wheel and oil pump drive assembly is a separate part that slips onto the snout of the crank.

Thought I would mention it so someone reading this doesn't just buy an LML or LBZ crank that's already dressed and tries to run it in their LB7/LLY.
