It's because the little bit of die grinding needed to clearance the block isn't a big issue and will fix the problem. Why yours does not clear I'm not sure but not all blocks are 100% the same.

Was your block alined honed and if so, how much was taken out?

If the rotating assembly needs balanced and you don't want to grind on the block, they'll probably be able to shave the counter weights.

Yes you could do that as well if it hasn't already been balanced. It really is a easy fix to your problem. Clearance the block or the crankshaft before balancing.

Ya seems like people only chime in on threads if you have a few thousand posts or are well known and im not one of those people.
There is not a lot if people using this combo and /or have much experience with it. Most cases using the lml crankshaft with there blocks do not have any problems. Your situation is unusual but isn't hard to fix.

Ok thanks for the info. I have been so busy i havent had time to sit the crank back in to see how much needs to come off but im gonna try to do that this week. I may also be selling all my stuff tho bc there is a house im wanting to buy and would like to have the coin for that. I need more room for toys!! I can always do this build down the road. I need to finish m 6.0 gasser build first anyways. I just have too much stuff goin on not enough time.

I looked at the first picture again, and looks as if the counterweight is hitting the bottom of the cylinder? I wouldn't grind that part unless it's a last resort, it would probably be ok to do so but IMO much easier to turn the crank down.
