Dealers are hit an miss... Usually its best to call there tech line or get on there diagnostic forum and report stuff. I have made a friend or two over there and a Bunch of enemies at corporate!!! Lets just say I have been sore subject and the topic of a meeting or 2 at corporate along with a few others...I haven’t, my dealer is a lost cause and I haven’t had time to call the big boys.
Usually the guys you speak to on the phone are like a level 1 type guy, but they will record the info and pass it along.
I know its hard to make the time but if you report things like this, they will fix it. It may take a few updates before it works but they will fix it.
