My truck has been like that for over a year. I still drive it and tow with it and everything. I'm sure it will get worse, but I'm not too worried about it right now. I'll eventually pull the heads and change the gaskets, but I'm too lazy to do it right now... 
Of course now that I said that, it'll probably start puking coolant tomorrow or something.
