LLY Turbo Porting

On the exhaust side where the downpipe attaches, how far deep can I port without screwing up how well the turbo spools?

Be a little more specific. Are you porting to help spool a secondary or for less back pressure? In other words for the waste gate? As long as its after the wheel shouldn't have a negative affect on spool up. You'll benefit more from a good polish in my opinion.

Just the single charger. I'm pulling it to rebuild the thing and figured I'd match the ports to the gaskets/downpipe while I had it out.
