I'm working on an lly in a 2006 topkick unit cranks no start ive followed all troubleshooting through gm, I have everything it needs to start but its not fueling from injectors, I checked injectors and I'm not getting any signal to fire injectors, have cam and crank signal and correct fuel pressure I tried a new ecm still same issue.

Any Codes? Check Your FICM, I had one that blow a capacitor out which caused a short to ground. Replace the FICM and a blown fuse from it and it worked fine.
all fuzes good , ficm is in ecm , can cam and crank colliation cause it not to pulse injectors without coding for it there are no fault codes and I replaced ecm, commanded fuel rate is about 45 also showing a reference for injection timing but not showing any references for inj pulsewith

So you are actually working with a late 06 LBZ (No FICM), not an 06 LLY. What "correct" psi are you getting while cranking? What work was done to it pre issue, or did it come in with the issue?
It would fire and run for about 20sec if it was a low Coolant issue on the Kodiac/topkick.
