How do you know it has oil pressure?

It has plenty of pressure coming out when the oil feed to the turbo is cracked open it truck has been drove over a 100 miles since gauge stopped working. If it didn't have pressure truck would have stopped running by now

Had my sensor fail after I went through a small creek. After that I had a wiring issue for the sensor after I got the truck way to hot.

Check it with a mechanical gauge. oil pumps are known to spin the gear on the shaft. probly not your case from the sounds of it but better to check and know for sure.

I had a pack rat take a nap in my engine bay last year and bit through my harness which in turn threw p0522, so I had to solder it back together. Never found the rat though :(

The reading with a scanner will let you know if you need to be looking gauge side or sensor side.
