Ive been at over the 625 rear wheel mark for several years now and no head studs either. it all depends on tuning and setup your running. with good tuning you can stay under 600 and should live along time......should.

Thats good to hear. I'm hoping to get about 600hp with Idaho Robs tuning. But im not quite sure what the next step is to achieve that with the list of mods I currently have.

Any suggestions?

If this thread needs to be moved, I understand

More turbo.
Then see if your high mileage CP3 will keep up with max effort tuning.

It'll make as much HP as you want it to. Its the "how long" part where it gets tricky. I recommend you start reading LB7 and LLY build threads to get an idea of those things

So if I were to simply upgrade my turbo in the future to maybe a 4094, would stock injectors suffice with Rob's tuning?

I ran stock sticks on a 4094. It was ok, there are better options for turbos though. Mark at danville performance can set you up with some nice vvt units.
