Ok before I attempt to put in a high idle switch I want to make sure I have all I need. Run a wire from ECM c3 connector pin 6 L-GN PTO on switch signal? Or pin 39 PURPLE pto control? Ok so one of those to a switch, then power from green brake switch wire I believe then ground switch. 3 post switch. Does this sounds correct?

I couldn't tell you, unless it just if they don't have cruise control or something? That's how mine is activated.

Turn the key forward to run but don't start your truck. Hold the gas pedal all the way to the floor and hold it while you hit the brake pedal 3 times and then let off the gas pedal. Start your truck and after 30 seconds or so high idle will come on automatically. You don't need to run a switch.

The factory elevated idle will only kick on if its under 32° outside and engine ECT is under 140 or 160 somewhere around there.

Mine hardly ever stays in hi-idle til ECT is warm. Usually kicks out at 100 or so. I also got everything i need to hard wire it (PTO pin-out) so I can control it. I like warming my truck up before i take off no matter what the temp outside
