i bought and installed Tony's egr delete and y-bridge. GREAT product really helps the engine breath more. however on a stock tranny truck tune i don't know how much benefit it would give you, unless you didn't block it off till later in the trucks life (70k + miles) the crud build up in your y-bridge is just discusting!!!!
i had a good 1/2" of crud all the way around which would no doubt restrict flow. It's kinda a pain in the ass to instal the new y-bridge (at least on my lly it was) get a small swivel and a long extender! if your going to paint it get a fair amount of touch up paint though as you'll scratch the piss out of it on the instal! all in all tony's is one hell of a product! cleared quite a bit of smoke up out of my Max effort efi tune.
