LLY: LLY coolant weep from water pump area

Hey guys, I have an 05 LLY that had a small coolant leak down the lower rad hose and dripped Onto the ground. Small puddle. I tighten up the hose clamp that attaches it to the water pump and it leaked for a little longer and then stopped. I have driven it several times and no leak since. I suspect it’s the water pump and or that little tube above the pump. Has anyone had this happen before and the leak not not come back or did the leak reappear? My only concern is an upcoming trip and don’t want to blow the pump on that road trip.

Any help would be cool

I would do a water pump in it.

Mine does the same thing, it only weeps when its very cold out side, my water pump was only about a year old when it started doing it

Only when it’s cold outside. Interesting. It wasn’t cold when it happened to me

Yeah, drip never made it to the floor, just crusties on the hose on the motor side
