limp mode??

Sorry about the confusion. I'm not the sharpest on these putors.:eek:

I will get the reader and fuel filter. I assume the filter change will require a reprime.

Does the FPRV reset itself?

Yes reprime it, you'll be surprised how much difference a new filter makes! The FPR might be stuck? I know mine acts up all the time I've been told its alot to do with the new low sulfur fuel and its lack of lubrication, I use 2 stroke oil every fill up.

The new fuel filter fixed the limp problem. It also made a lot of difference in power. I do however have a new issue. If the truck sets for a while it is harder to start. I think I have air in the line. If I open the primer screw do release air, do I do that with the engine running? Sorry about the dumb ?? but I am getting there, just a bit of a learning curve
