Ben,That lock up box is f$%king awesome!!!!Just went out and my truck really motors hard now very impressed!

Now for the bad part........backed the truck out of the garge and went for an awesome test drive, even had my big winter tires on and the truck is way faster now but went to go back up after going to turn around and hit it back down the road and no reverse.Got back to the house and pulled into the garage wondering what it could be,i had pulled the truck into far so i got back in totally forgeting about reverse fired it back up and backed it up and my buddy said how did you just back that up,we firgured it resets the lock up box after the key is turned off,oh and it says shift range inhibited when put in reverse only.Any ideas ben?

What codes did it set? Were you playing around force-locking it at lower speeds and throttle positions? There is a slight potential for it to set a code if you are using it at less than full throttle below ~50mph or so.

yeah its not gonna hurt anything in the trans messing around with it at lower speeds/throttle positions, but it does have the slight potential to sometimes set a code in rare circumstances.

My box on the GMC did that. if I messed with force lock/unlock and under 50mph the next time I tried to back up it would not, and have shift range inhibited. I left it on Auto 99% of the time.
