I have both installed in Mighty Max . Just recently. Dropped 106# in rear and 70# in front I believe. I had to add a secondary caliper to rear after that cause they wouldn’t hold the truck once it started to come up on boost . Also had to change up the pads to full race which are the best performing while still cold . They all perform better with heat in them but they don’t all perform well while cold . She’s holding now though .GET READY TO DROP SOME COIN NOT CHEAP

Nice! no they aint cheap but in retrospec, they are in comparison of other parts and 225lbs is a heck of a drop for the coin. We are running an electric hydraulic pump on our truck and it works way better than the stock power steering pump. be curious how it holds

Nice to see someone making a front set-up for the GM trucks. I build my own on my pull truck truck a few years ago.

Are the non-vented front rotors durable enough for daily driving or just for track use? I have saw them advertised but no real world feedback on them from what I've seen. And what size rims you running?

I am running 16” rims but I think even a 15” rim will clear . I run 6” BS in front and 7” BS on rears so I’m going well over and past the caliper bodies no problem. Occasional street driving would be Ok but but not much . They’ll stop , problem is the pads don’t last long and the non vented rotors are really not designed for street use . I take mine down the street on occasion I just slow down and stop easy .

agreed. these are not made for street or road racing. the idea was for sled/drag racing where braking is not used over and over in a short time span.

James——I’m curious about your electric hydraulic pump setup . Please let me know how it works .

oh its been working for over a year now. it runs steering and braking. we also dont run an alternator.

No alternator . You guys must run either straight up race or puller no street use .

ooohhh its strictly race, though i cant say we havent run down to the gas station and gotten a few soda pops in it before :D. it was at 6k with driver for NHRDA but since thats gone, its going on a major weight reduction. hoping to shed about 1k off it or more. with this and the added ballast gone, thats already 400lbs. still got steel fenders, doors and other parts to shave off
