First of all, lowered trucks are gay!

I lifted my truck in April 2011..... Did go a tad slower so I turned up the power! Problem solved and it rides smooth to boot. My wheels weigh about 9 lbz more than my stockers did. My truck lights up them 37 sooooo nice

I'm sure it depends on the trailer you have, but I had a fifth wheel camper and it was pretty close to my bed rails when I leveled the hitch. My truck is stock height with 265 tires. The only time you would run into an issue would be turning on un even ground. You could get away with it but the front of the trailer would be up about the amount of your lift, which will probably work.
