I'm looking to clean up and por15 my frame and other parts. Just wondering if the cab can be lifted a couple inches to help me get into the tighter spots? I don't want to disconnect a bunch of stuff. How much can the cab be lifted without stretching anything? I plan on pulling the bed.

I think if you pull some grounds, steering shaft, fan/ shroud and brake master off you should be able to get a couple Inches. But that's probably it.

You might want to remove the upper fan shroud. That and possibly the steering shaft. All else should be good for about 4 -6 inches. When I pulled the Cab, there was one small ground we missed that went 8-10 inches before it got tight.

Is the upper fan shroud connected to the cooling stack and the fan is connected to the engine?

Where is everyone lifting/jacking from on the cab?
