I'm running a AD 165 but with a fuel sump. 1/2 line all the way from sump to CP3s I hold rail ok pushing 60% over injectors as far as I can.

Do those pumps come with brackets for dual fuelers or did you have to make your own setup?

Last i was told you couldnt do it without a decent amount of rework of the brackets. Im guessing he changed that with the kits?

Opie supplies everything needed for either pump. To include brackets the large pump is for dual cp3 set ups. I know some people have a hard time getting a hold of him but that was never the case for me.

The kits are 100% bolt on. Opie had me call ultimate transmission in Idaho as they are now dealing with the mitusa pump kits. I got the big pump and dual cp3 bracket. It mounts on the side of the 2nd cp3 and you replace the nut holding the cp3 pulley on with a new nut that has a shaft to accept the drive pulley for the mitusa. As far as pressure im told they come preset at 14 psi and can be adjust with shims inside the regulator. I cant wait to get mine mounted! Ill make sure and make another post for the guys interested of my thoughts about it after I get some miles on it.

I had a very FRUSTRATING day! Got the AD 165 on and adjusted the regulator to 10 psi at a idle. went for a test drive and about the begining of 3rd gear gauge was at 0 again. So went back to the shop, dropped the fuel tank and pulled the sump. Everything looked pretty clean so i took the screen off the bottom of it and drilled two 1/2" holes into the sump cup. One in the bottom and one in the side. This didn't help at all still did the same thing. I know once it runs out of fuel (pressure gauge goes to zero) and then starts to recover around 90mph fuel pressure comes back up to about 4 psi. So im assuming that my problem has been all along starving the pump from the tank to the pump? Maybe the fuel pickup isn't big enough? I don't know what to try now:mad: PPE pickup? New billet sump? Fck me man it never ends with this thing!
