I have a 2016 Sierra Duramax. Haven't lifted a truck in some years.
Was wondering if anyone out there had some incite on brands to
buy? Also I only want to go 3 or 4 inch for the lift? Thanks

Cognito will probably be your best bet!
Rough Country is cheaper, and a lot of ppl talk shit about them but they're not horrible...still don't know if I'd put one on a duramax though...only half tons.

Cognito makes nice quality product, & has the price tag to go along with it. We've been one of Cognito's top dealers for many years now, and have seen very little come back for warranty claims. Most are the Bilstein shocks, and it's very rare we get a Fox shock issue. I've installed pretty much all lifts on various trucks, Cognito, Icon & Mcgaughy imo have the best quality. I've beat up the lower end lifts plenty as well, Rough Country has held up well. Many people like Zone.., I would never put one under a customers rig after seeing a failed kit & material/weld quality in person.
