My LB7 idles at 18 PSI... has since I got it.

Mine runs at just about 30 psi at idle and just over 60 psi on the interstate. Also im a 80 psi pinned winter starts.I run Mobil delvac synthetic also. Not saying yours is low.I also had that mysterious oil change tick, that is gone now.

'04 LB7 bought used 11/08 with 217,xxx now have 235,xxx put 2 batteries a GP module, 2 front hubs, and rebuilt the drive shaft to date. Head gaskets are starting to weep, bottle is getting darker, and its at 90k since last documented injectors and their starting to haze. Already have a hybrid LLY ready to stuff in, just need some time. Oh and I got it for $9000 to go with the used truck price thread....SBCC

Sounds almost identical to my truck except mines a ECLB, I wanted a CCSB but for $5500 I couldn't be picky.
