It's not as flashy as some of the others, but it's clean

770johnny, what exactly has to be done with the ac lines? I have mpi twins and would like to run a hood stack but my lines and condenser is in the way. Just wondering what I have to do or where to get the parts. Thanks

its kinda complicated...its hard to find the correct size line or the same size o.d as the factory stuff so i went to a junkyard and got the rubber lines off 2 early 90's f-150's. then call up vintage air and get 1/2'' heater hose crimp fittings 90* and straight and you get the right size on both sides if your fitting. then just put it where you want it and tig it up i used all the factory alum lines just cut and reclocked:thumb:

I just scuffed up the original coating on all the lines and rails, taped up the fittings, and threw a few layers of primer and paint on the lines. It lasted about a year. I wouldn't recommend it. I think I put too many layers on truthfully. Should have just scuffed it up and threw one or two layers of paint on and called it good.

Just redid them last month. Powdercoated everything. Definitely the way to go. But then bent a connecting rod. Going to powdercoat the valve covers and compressor housing of the turbo once I get everything rebuilt.
