leaking intercooler best aftermarket option

Trucks been down on power and running hotter more smoke ect and just for kicks and giggles i had my truck running and sparyed water on the intercooler what i could see easily and sure as shit it was leaking on the drivers side up top had my wife start stalling the truck up and you couldn't keep water there just sprayed it away so pretty good leak :rofl:

So like title says what aftermarkets are holding up well and helping temps ect? Thanks guys

BD or Banks... I've seen the Banks IC holdup to 100+psi

SDP makes one for 01-05. Seems to be the cheapest route.

No problems with my banks, although it doe spush the fan shroud back about 1/2"

How large of a leak? Too big to repair?

Do you need/want aftermarket? Used ones can be had cheap.

You can always build your own too if your good with a tig.
