Problem solved! I finished up the 3" hot side. I've got plenty of space now, and was able to ditch a few bends. Im not sure if I want to polish it, or leave the welds as is. I would like to thank Nathan (MPI), for sending me the right direction, when I was looking for a bead roller. It was able to tackle .065 316L stainless without a problem (Bead Form HD II).
BTW- Jordan, this was done with your new welder;).

:hail2: polish them:D

Thanks for the heads up, also nice work Russ. I will check mine out here pretty soon. My hot side tube was also rubbing on the big harness connections at the top of the motor.

Just took a look and sure enough the hot pipe was rubbing on the battery cables for some time. Since I put my SD manifold on it pushed the hot pipe about 1/4 - 3/8 inch away from the cables now. So far so good anyway.
