who did all the work on the LMM?....specifically the trans?

Some guy down in Mankato if I remember correctly.

I looked at his truck tonight and noticed his check engine light was on and he said it was on when he got it back.

P0405
P154D
P154B
P2033
P2455
P0546
P02E8

They are all for the EGR. DPF, and intake heater grid. He has a PPE intake pipe installed as well.

Also I was looking at his gauges and he has the PPE rail pressure gauge. It never drops below 5000psi even at idle. I know at idle when I looked at the stock tune quantity demanded was between 900 and 1330psi. Even when just cruising on level ground it was between 9 - 11k psi. Could there be an issue there with the dual fuelers?

It won't even run if the pressure isn't above somewhere around 1500 psi. I think you got something mixed up when you were looking at the tune or something. I just looked at the stock LMM tune from my dad's truck and the fuel pressure at idle would be somewhere between 30 and 35 MPa (which is 4300 to 5000) depending on if it is in gear or in neutral. Sounds like it is fine there. Are the DPF codes full codes or are they pending codes? I have seen some of those codes pop up when I scanned codes on my dad's truck, but the light isn't on. They only show up as pending codes. The three I get are the P2033, P2455, and P0546. The light is probably on because of the PPE intake pipe deletes the grid heater and throttle valve but doesn't have the capability to shut the light off for the codes associated with that. Did you check the codes with your EFILive or his PPE?

The codes are full and I used EFILive to check them. I cleared the codes and his cluster lit up and said turn off truck and check owners manual immediately. Maybe I was looking at the wrong cells for fuel pressure at idle.

I got it to run a little faster.

I don't know if the PPE intake tube comes with a MAF bung or not but it looked like it was just screwed in and air was probably being sucked in through there. Enough to make a difference?

you are referring to the intake tube that connects to the turbo? or the Y-Bridge? If it is the piece that connects to the turbo then no it will not make a difference, if there is a boost leak then yes it will hurt power.... Once the turbo wants air it creates a vacuum which doesn't matter really for performance if there is a few pin hole leaks

The part that goes into the turbo. The stock intake piece was replaced with an aluminum PPE 3 1/2" piece.
