Hello,

I have a 2007 chevy 2500hd classic LT, only mods is a 5 inch MBRP turbo back exhaust. I'm thinking of putting an S&B intake system on it with the Sinister EGR delete kit and EFI love tune dsp5 switch. I want to put a little lift on it with no bigger rims than 18's. Any thoughts on tire size for this? Or make which is better? If I'm goin to put a lift suspension kit on which to use? I want the truck to be able to be a beast whether towing off roading or just driving. It is a daily driver truck. Also should I put on heavier duty tie rods?

Any thoughts would help! Thanks

ok I know some other members will suggest going 6" and lowering it to 4" as that helps the ride quality. you shouldn't have a problem putting 35's on your truck with that lift. I am getting ready to order cognito a arms for my truck and I like the looks of their products but haven't really heard any talk on them. they have lifts available that look good.

im finishing my cognito 4-6 inch kit today , i will set it at 4 inchs coming from their stage 4 uca leveling kit with fox shocks sitting on bmf 20x9 novakanes with 305/55/20 nitto muds . I need it to fit in my garage still but i have shop that it could fit in with any lift.

I need ride quality and this is why im doing it . i have rare parts tie rods, the idler and pitman arm support kit , I also did a red head steering box while i was there since my oem was leaking a bit , also upgrading the ps lines as well . i have similar mods to you as well but recently killed my trans and went with a built one from mike L and last weekend through on a danville 3794va stage 2 turbo as well . (mods in sig but magnaflow down pipe, 5" down pipe back, stock intake with ppe mod , egr block plate (cali smog laws sucks) , pcv re route custom stock looking, with lots of exterior mods .
