LBZ to GQ patrol

Hi Guys im currently putting a LBZ into my GQ patrol here in Australia
ill throw up some photos later
i have a few questions first,
we are working on the wiring loom at the moment,
how can we get the tap shift to work,
we are of the understanding that it is a resistor ladder for up or down,
does any one know these resistors values for up or down?
any who would be the best person or company to gets tunes from?
i was thinking duramax tuner.com?
any thoughts,

Ah weight should be about the 2200KG duramax and Allison is about 30-50kg heavier then the old 4.2 cast iron engine,
Also going from 90hp to 400 should be nice
What does a 2500 Silverado weigh?

2200kg (4800lbs) nice!

Appx 3000kg for a Crew Cab Short bed Silverado equipped with 4x4

Takes alot of effort to shave a Single cab Silverado down to 2200kg...and those trucks are fast!


I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Patrol is gonna put a little fear in your heart and a big ol smile on your face!

it sure will demand a bit of respect when you drive it. my patrol is a fatty at 7000lbs and it hauls ass too!!

So can any one help me on some wiring? I've emailed Ben twice now and both times no response

We need a reverse light out put to activate the reverse light relay in the car,
Any ideas?

It will come from the nsbu switch which on that is internal. I will try to find the pin number

I think it's a green wire No. 32?
I used a test light while it was in reverse and probed all the nsbu wires then doubled checked it when not in reverse.
