My LLY didn't have the throttle stomp delay that my LBZ has and nobody has been able to find a fix for that yet.
But my LBZ is definetly faster spooling once it goes.
It's all in the tuning as far as what you are talking about...
I havent seen anything on my LLY that would limit fueling when the throttle went WOT the only thing I see is how the turbo takes 4 seconds to spool, this is letting the factory boost control work with factory vane tables. I do have a lot of maf limiting but I dont think that makes a lot of difference in spooling.
