Van bridge stock you can cut and tig yourself

to make it look like PPE's

Rick can do one like the PPE and he's also working on one like the pro flow LLY were the tube runs out and around and gives more room. If I did not have to go to md last week we could of mocked one up on my truck.

LOL after looking at it more I have no clue how it ran mid 11's :spit:

Buddy and I made a new piece much bigger and better flowing. Spools to 30psi fine with a max pw of 2200 so I think it will be ok.
Pics I have don't really show but the transition at the elbow on the outside is quite smooth and considering the rotation of the comp wheel, the air should swirl around that corner nicely.
Oh and it's 5" all the way except for the part that clears the charge pipe at the Y-bridge.

Here are a few pics of an intake i am building right now for Tims truck 4" right out of the turbo , then 5' from there out to the filter , and using his old AFE box for the filter setup as its already 5" , the y bridge is RDL piece , truck is a LBZ and we are installing a S475 . sorry for the crummy cell phone pics , I will post up some more after its done and everything is powder coated , it should be a pretty sweet setup .

Simon suggested that I should have cut off the flange on the Y-bridge inlet and hosed it down lower as it steps it down after that anyhow to 2 1/2" or 2 3/4"and after looking at it, that would have been a better idea. It would have left a little more room. I suspect the RDL piece is 3" all the way correct?

I don't want Paul to come and beat me though for muffing up his nice pipe so I will leave it-for now........:D

Nice for sure. He's gonna have a sweet setup when it's done.

Haven't been on here in a while... On mine I went with the LBZ van Y-bridge. With Dustin's help we cut the stock intake off the top of the y-bridge and made it big enough to fit a 3" pipe into. Tigge in the 3" pipe and it turned out great. That goes into an LLY banks 3" boost tube too the IC. Making that connection with the LBZ intercooler was a little more challenging, but not too bad. Let me know if you have any questions about it, I'd be more then happy to help out.
