Got the new motor in the truck. Had some good help from jneal and the family. It runs good but needs some tuning changes since I left off a pump this time around. I had some fun doing this, not that I wanna do it all the time.

Yeah Russ It wasn't that bad. I pulled the truck in the shop a week ago friday and started pulling it apart. Worked all week about 3 hours a day diasmantaling the old one and swapping over to the new(used) one. Got it all ready to put in this friday and stuck it in yesterday. I was a fun learning experience for me. When in first bought the truck 3 years ago I only knew how to change the oil and service it. Now I can pull the motor and put a new one in. Thanks to sites like this one for the help. It feels good to know I did it and didn't have to fork over a bunch of money to have it done.:thumb:
