Lbz regulator and lb7 regulator on dual cp3s issue

Ok guys I got my motor built and am fighting a fuel issue. I have ats twin cp3 and the valley pump has an lbz regulator and the top belt driven pump has an lb7. The idle is a little bouncy which I figured it would be due to the lbz regulator.
My question is am I going to run into issues having the two different regulators? And will this cause issues with my ats twin fueler controller since its for an lb7?
I have not purchased Eli live yet but will be ordering it in the next few days from fleece.
Right now my scanning is coming from a ppe excelerator. No tune loaded to truck right now.
By the way the valley pump is a new fleece cp3k with new lbz regulator that it came with and the top pump is an ats pump with around 10,000 miles on it.
Injectors are new 60% over exergys

It is best to run matching regulators. You will never get it to run like it should. I know you can tune it and make it not noticeable to many but it still isn't going to work like it should.

So are these regulators fighting each other to reach desired fuel pressure? I'm assuming once tuning is adjusted and it has two lbz regulators it will smooth out?

alright thanks man, I got an lbz regulator coming from merchants. are the twin pump controllers made for just lb7 or just lbz regulators?

Will 60 over injectors with no tuning make the truck run like crap? Plus having lbz regulators without being adjusted?

Well I got my new lbz regulator on my top belt driven pump, changed my fass fuse socket, changed out a kinked line that ran from valley pump to belt driven pump that was kinked and added ten gallons of fuel to my tank which only had 5 gallons in it.
Haven't started yet due to my daughter being asleep last night when I got all this done @ 1:30am last night. But I will be starting it today to see if it smooths out any. Also my Efi Live will be coming in the mail today from fleece so I'm crossing my fingers between the repairs and EFi Live that this thing will smooth out.

High pressure line in way of lbz fpr on my lb7

My belt driven cp3 high pressure line is in the way of my new lbz fpr. Guess I'm gonna have to custom make a line. Does anyone know of a line like this that will route away from where the fpr is?
I'm getting code p0088 and it's running like crap, have 2 new lbz fpr's. The weather pack is tore up on one of the connectors so I'm going to replace them as well, anyone know that part number?

Well the new line didn't make any difference so I'm guessing I'm fighting an electrical gremlin! Damnit! This is really starting to irritate me. Think I'm going to take the night off from this.
Few things I have come up with as far as research what might be causing this is that one of my new regulators is actually junk, bad wire or wire connection is bad, fuel filter housing bad, I only have one battery hooked up and this is whats causing the over voltage to regulator or the sensor on the junction block is bad. I'm assuming it is electrical so I'm going to check everything with a multimeter in the next few days.
Anyone have any recommendations on what else could be causing this?
Just got my autocal last night and not real sure how to use it except for downloading my tunes and reading dtc's.
I'm in desperate need of help here guys...

Ok tonight I tinkered around trying to fix my issue.if I unplug either fpr on the cp3s actual rail pressure goes to 180 mpa but if they are both plugged in the actual rail pressure starts in the 30's for a few seconds when engine first starts and then bounces around into the 60's for a few seconds then jumps to 150- 170ish mpas.
All the wiring at the fpr connectors looks good one lil bare spot on the ats harness, but when I unplug it at that connection the truck damn near dies.
I have also checked all the fuses I didn't recognize a small leak of fuel coming from a new fitting I just installed a few days ago that runs from the valley pump to the t that is a return which also goes to the top pump.
All this was done with and without my fass running so I think it's safe to say fass is working fine. If this helps anyone to figure out what might be causing my issue feel free to chime in.

My other question is could this still be a faulty fpr? Valley fpr is from fleece it came with cp3k pump and top fpr is from merchants just a couple days old. I have had this problem since before changing top fpr.
Anyone had any problems with fleece cp3k's or the fpr's that come with them?

You probably have a bad controller for the dual fueler.. It will make all kinds of weird things happen with rail pressure.

Now that you have matching regulators it should work better than it did. Make sure who ever did your tuning accounted for the lbz regulator in the tuning because they act different than lb7.

Ats should be able to tell you how to check their controller with a multimeter

I will contact them in the am to see how to test it. Would a faulty rail pressure sensor cause this?

ATS told me the was now way to check their controller. They said it had to be sent back to them to test. I went with one of Fingers controllers after that. I had crazy thing going on with pressures.
