Got new tunes From idaho rob. Built trans tunes and been watching fuel pressure on the cts2

Level 4 and 5 tunes both will be around 27k desired. My truck will go there then the actusl falls over to under 20k. Seen 12k before..
I've got a fass 150. 6 psi to the filter head. 2 new fuel filters.

Suggestions?

Pressure on the Fass stay at 6 psi at wot? I run my BD pump at 12 psi, big tunes will drop to 7-8 at wot. I would bump the Fass up to 10-12 psi and verify that your keeping decent pressure to the cp3 under heavy load, my guess is it's not keeping up with demand. What kind of mileage on the pump and injectors?

That's my guess as well.. could be pressure regulator to or no? I've seen alot of stuff about pressure falling off after 3k with factory cp3. Mines set to shift st 3500

I feel like my regulator acted more eratic when it went out, vs my tired cp3 (255k miles) which you really couldn't tell unless you watched commanded/actual at wot.

Yea mine must be tired.. dam this suck.
I was thinking the sportsman pump from sdp. Is like a 40%. I plan on getting close to the 650 hp range eventually. Still on factory inj. And turbo but turbo will be done soon

Do you have a race valve in the fuel rail? Or shimmed regulator?
