I have a code p2563 turbo vane sensor performance, it comes on when i start the truck not when im driving, cleared it twice, i replaced the vane sensor and it came back again, is the next step the solenoid? I hooked it up to the scanner and the des % is 80% and itruns 80% the weird thing i noticed is when i turn the truck off the des.% goes to zero and the actual % stays at 71% any ideas ???
