lbz nozzle on lmm

i am putting some lbz 40% nozzles on my truck. just wondering if its safe to run a little while on the tuning i have now or should i have a tune waiting for me when the nozzles are put in? also will it be alright running my stock needles with the nozzles or am i asking for trouble?

I would have the tuning changed and has for the needles and nozzles you usually keep them together has one

i may be wrong
