Box could be faulty but what rpm are you manually locking it?? The manaul lock up mode doesnt like the low rpm range. It could throw codes and cause the blinking your getting. Ony time i ever use the manual lock up is after i hit the go peddle and when boost and rpms is up.

The box is designed to only stay manually locked for up to 15 seconds. You can't play with the manual local/unlock feature very much at low rpms either or else it can throw tcc codes.

If you want to use the box either leave it in auto mode or only manually lock it under full throttle conditions when racing. Its not a hit the green lock button and stay locked forever type of deal.

From Ben.

Mike- It is programmed to time out and revert back to "factory" mode if you leave it force-locked for more than 15 seconds. Thats what the flashing red/blue light means; that you've exceeded the "duty cycle" and that it is reverting back to factory mode.

This is to reduce the probability of it setting TCC stuck-on codes. If you continuously/repeatedly play around with the force lock/force unlock feature at low speeds and low throttle positions, there is still the small chance that it can set TCC stuck on codes. This is why I generally recommend only using the box at wide open throttle or when racing.
