I've never had to use anything to seat the pins and have installed over 15 LBZ/LMM switches. If you pull out the pink clip and have the pins clocked the right way they should slide right down in and click into place - slide the pin lock back in and you're ready to go.

This is my first lbz but I've done alot of llys and lb7s. Pins are clocked right, pink clip slides in, dsp doesn't work. Don't Get it
