LBZ Compression test with Kent Moore PN J-35667-8

I have a Kent Moore PN J-35667-8 adapter for my lbz but need to know which gauge to run with this adapter. the gauge I currently have uses adaptors with a valve stem in them, with out the valve stem the compression is all over this.
Can anyone help me out on what I need to do a compression test

Since no one else ever answered this it is because it is a leakdown test adapter, not a compression test adapter. For leak down the fitting is open to the cylinder, compression is a one way valve.

Kent Moore EN-47603 is the proper compression test adapter for LBZ-LML.
