Sounds like a canbus or grounding issue to me.

How did you "delete" the EGR? Did you use the old-school fingerstick and blocker plate? Or was the stock tuning changed to reflect it?
It was an egr delete kit, shop did the delete. As far as tuning I'd have to ask the previous owner but I don't believe so. Was considering buying the efi live for it.

Cleared the codes but they came back, balance rates are within spec.
Please post balance rates with the main rate and fuel pressure demand and actual for park/neutral and in drive. Engine fully warmed up

I'm guessing there is a chance the harness injector pigtails may be swapped or put on the wrong injectors. Did it myself with all the LLY ficm work I've been doing. Would idle fine except for the excessive white smoke. Just trying to connect the dots from new injectors to white smoke

I'm also thinking you lost a 5v reference signal. I'd double check the bale connector pins to make sure none are bent or pushed back

In drive, #1 is definitely out of spec and #3 is just over. Because both 1 & 3 share the same harness connector, you might want to double check it.

Recalibrate the numbers taking into account the main rate. Should be about 10mm3 in drive but yours is at 15. That means the ecm is adding an extra 5 to all the numbers.

So the previous owner is the one who took it to the shop and had injectors and egr delete done (showed me the receipt and invoices). He paid 5600 for the job just to have the same issue afterwards. I tried calling them to see if they would still warranty them and they hung up on me. 🤣 He then sold me the truck for 5k. So if I have to buy all new injectors "again" then I'll still make out alright.
